Sarah and Kathryn recently walked in the Epic Walk for DV on 24 March 2024 to help raise money and awareness in support of victims impacted by Domestic Violence. Sarah and Kathryn raised $2,272 in their efforts.
Sarah has now recently completed her training as a Coach in Collaborative Practice and can now assist parties and their legal representatives in collaborative matters in the role of coach.
We are pleased to announce that we have expanded our Mediation practice and both Sarah and Shelby are now offering Mediations as Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners in property settlements, parenting disputes, child support disputes and child inclusive Mediations.

Our Senior Family Lawyer, Ms Kathryn McLoughlin has joined her colleague, and our Senior Family Law Associate, Ms Shelby MacDonald in commencing volunteering at Women’s Legal Service. We are proud to be associated with such an important service.
We are pleased to have recently made a donation to Coles Appeal to raise funds for Hummingbird House, which is Queensland’s only children’s hospice and provides specialised Paediatric Palliative Care Services to babies, children and young people.
Ms Cleeland was excited and honoured recently to present a Family Dispute Resolution presentation to the Family Law Education Network on 11 September 2023.
